Policies and Requirements
Who can have lash extensions?
Anyone 16 years and older. Below 16 years requires a written parental agreement and signed consent form.
Who can attend the appointment?
Only the client is allowed, we are unable to accommodate children, partners or friends. If you are the parent or guardian of an under 16 yr old client please call to discuss.
On the day of your appointment:
Please arrive on time. Please wear no eye makeup. Please turn phone on silent.
Late arrival for all services:
If you are 15 minutes late, we are fine to continue the appt, however we have to work within your allocated time meaning your sets may not be as full as if we worked within the full advised time. Every minute counts! Please note payment in half will be payable for the appointment booked. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, all appointments cancelled last minute or no shows will be charged a fee. No future appointments will be made until fee is paid.
How long will the appointment take?
A full set of lash extensions will take anywhere from 11/2-3 hours to complete depending on style. Infills will take around 1-½ hours depending on lash loss.
*Infills
It is considered an infill when the client attends 2-3 weeks after the full appointment and has 40% or more of their extensions in place. To keep the look of your lashes, infills are needed every 2-3 weeks. Anything after that time frame will be charged as a full set. Please book in advance to ensure you get the time frame necessary.

Foreign fills used to be an absolute NO after a few bad experiences of doing a fill on lashes that were badly damaged filled with false expectations from the client.
Recently we’ve had a change of heart and decided there is now a protocol for this. We understand lash artists retire, go on maternity, businesses close, etc. And nobody wants to pay for a full set unless absolutely necessary!
With that being said, there is a foreign fill option on the menu under these guidelines:
1. 40% of lashes are on. Otherwise a full set is required.
2. Natural lash is clean and healthy.
3. Set already on is length appropriate for natural lash. We don’t apply extensions more than 2mm longer than your natural lash.
4. We can share clients in-house without it being considered a foreign fill. So feel free to try us all out!
Before any services are performed the artist will decide what is best and go from there. Thank you all for understanding we love what we do and want our best work to shine!
If you have lash loss, you have 72 hours the receive a fix. Otherwise there is a one week fill option. Please note, mini lash sets require an initial one week touch up as it is not a full set to start. Then regular fills to follow. If we agree to give your lashes a fix it has to be done within a short window. For lash lifts they aren’t always fool proof we will do our best to fix the issue if we notice they didn’t lift. All fixes must happen within 72 hours.
Aftercare:
At every full set of lashes, the client will receive and aftercare card, lash foam and mascara wand. We will thoroughly explain the aftercare process to ensure the best care for your investment. Once you leave, the lash care is in your hands. Please read over aftercare to ensure you get the best results and retention.
Cancellations:
We require a 24 hour cancellation. If we receive less than a 24 hour notice , we require a 50% payment of the cost of service. We understand emergencies arise, but please be respectful that this is time another client could be seen. No future appointments will be made until fee is paid. No Shows will result in 100% payment of cost of service. This is your artist’s livelihood. Thank you for understanding.
Covid 19 Policy- DO NOT come to your appointment if you are feeling sick, have taken a test and are awaiting results or within 10 days of testing positive for Covid 19 or any other illness. Please let me know as soon as possible you will not be attending your appointment. A safe environment is extremely important keeping myself and clients as safe as possible taking extra precautions daily.
Refunds:
You are paying for the lash techs time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service. ALL beauty services are a final sale and non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable but will remain a credit on your account. However, client satisfaction is my top priority. If you are unhappy with your service please contact us within 48 hours of your service to discuss an alternate option.
Allergic reactions:
Allergic reactions are possible and can happen at any time. If you develop a reaction please contact me and we will advise next steps. We will remove the lashes as soon as it is safe to do so and no further extension services will be provided as this type of reaction should be taken very seriously.
Preparing for your Microblading Appointment:
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, ibuprofen, aspirin and fish oil for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Be prepared to lie still for a long period of time.
Wear comfortable clothing
Avoid sun, tanning, and waxing one week prior to procedure.
Absolutely NO guests/children are to attend your appointment.
Please disclose any medications and/or health issues prior to treatment.
A full consultation will take place prior to the appointment to ensure there is a full understanding of the process and expectations are met. Aftercare also provided at the time of the service.
Please Note-
The 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. Consent forms will be signed at every new service. Please inform us of any changes in health at the time of any visit there after. We do NOT offer Men’s Intimate Waxing.
If you are feeling sick, please call to reschedule. We will not perform services on anyone that appears ill. We fully comply with all Covid 19 regulations, a consent will be signed and temperature taken at time of service.
